(Atlanta) – I am not a fan of chain restaurants. They are abundant and ubiquitous. But only a few of them are consistent to the high quality of food wherever city you are.

Right after the Sunday project work in Atlanta, we ran out of restaurants to go to for lunch. Not that there is a scarcity of restaurants in this city but most of them are open only for dinner on Sundays. So the next best options are the mainstream food places that are always available but hopefully reliable. So we headed to Ruth’s Chris

I have been to this restaurant before and I love love love the ever buttery and juicy steak on super hot plates. It would not be a mistake coming here to celebrate the project success. The food is outstanding and equally successful.

I usually start my Sunday with a glass of Mimosa or Bellini.  This day wouldn’t be any different, even though I was in the company of my colleagues.

Sizzling Blue Crab Cakes – Two jumbo lump crab cakes with sizzling lemon butter.

Barbecued Shrimp – Sautéed New Orleans style in reduced white wine, butter, garlic and spices.

Louisiana Seafood Gumbo

Fried Lobster Tail with remoullade sauce

Cowboy Ribeye – An outstanding example of USDA Prime at its best. Well marbled for peak flavor, deliciously juicy.

T-Bone – A full-flavored, classic cut of Prime beef.

New York Strip – This USDA Prime cut has a full-bodied texture that is slightly firmer than a rib eye.

Chocolate Sin Cake – Chocolate and espresso
