Kapampangan cusine is one of my top regional food in the Philippines.  They just know how to cook good food.  All of my friends from Pampanga cook very well (or at least their mom or dad).  So I went o Abe, which mean “friend” in Kapampangan, during my last visit to Manila, and the food is nothing short of great! I got addicted to their crispy tadyang (ribs) and the squid rice is not for the weak-hearted dieting population, you will forget that you are dieting.  Halo-halo is playfully colorful and just delightfully sweet. I will go back on my next trip for sure. :)
