ishimura_2(Singapore) – For lunch breaks, we tend to go to the nearest place in our office – a hawker-style food court which serves local Singaporean cuisine.  Once in a while, our palates get tired of tasting the same dish everyday!  One of our new team mates introduced us to a nearby food court.  It’s not an ordinary food court but a Japanese themed Food Court!

The place is well-lit and has around 8 stalls serving all-Japanese – Ramen, Sushi, Don-don-dons, pasta, pizza, bento, and Dudut’s favorite – the seafood pancake!  It is made up of scrambled eggs, squid, clams, Japanese flakes, seaweeds and mayo.   You can eat it on its own or with rice.  Yum yum!

Other dishes that we love – pork teriyaki – which tastes like our Filipino dish “Inihaw na liempo”
