(New York) – Do I need to explain more why I can not fail to visit Max Brenner in Union Square during my recent trip to New York? It’s all because of this slice of heaven: Chocolate Marshmallow Pizza.
It started with plain pizza dough, covered with generous chunks of Max’s chocolate and seamlessly topped with marshmallow. Then subjected to heat for a few minutes; Voila! A masterpiece! And it didn’t end there. I asked one of Brenner’s disciples to sprinkle chunky hazelnut bits and she did it liberally without being coerced. Just over-the-top and I indulge.
Creamy Chocolate in syringe. Interesting! But I didn’t order this.
How could you go wrong with this sinful trinity of sweetness?! La dolce Vita!
