(Chicago) – Whether it’s just a fad or a long-lasting trend, food trucks here in the US are amazing. They don’t just serve ordinary food but they bring gourmet dishes closer to the people. There are Kogi and Border Grill in LA and there’s Cravings in New York. But in Chicago, the food truck king of the road is Meatyballs! Thank God, I work in downtown and these ingenious meatball sandwiches are accessible to me. Love it!
