(Chicago) –  Summer is festival season in Chicago. Almost every week there’s street fair or neighborhood festival going in some corner of the city. Where there is celebrating and festivities, there must be food- a lot of food. Since they allow drinking alcohol in public but within the confines of the festival, the overall energy of the people here are nothing short of crazy, i mean exciting. This Chicago summer event that is born out of Swedish heritage, is something I can not miss.

  • The world will be a better place if we all learn to share greasy fried potato curls.

I wish I could transport all of family and friends here.  Have a great summer! Enjoy it while it lasts.
