(San Francisco) – Lasang babalik-balikan? True! Kahit sang lupalop mapapad, dala dala sa ating dila ang ang lasang Jollibee. Now I agree that there’s some truth to Jollibee’s ads, “Panlasang Pilipino, handog ng Jollibee.” Mabuti na lang at maraming Jollibee stores na dito America. Every time I crave for Jollibee, I don’t have to fly hundreds of miles back to Manila. A short flight to New York, LA, San Francisco or San Diego will bring me back to the flavors of my childhood.
I visited San Francisco recently. This Northern California area is home to 9 Jollibee stores. Sarap no! So hinding hindi ko papalampasin na bumisita at lumafang ng aking mga paborito. Actually, hindi ako nakontento sa isang bisita, I dined in Jollibee twice before heading back to Chicago. Bahala na si batman kung tumaba. But it’s all worth the calories, I guess.
