(Atlanta) – Gladys Knight is not just a great iconic singer but she’s a restaurateur now. If you are too young to know who she is, you can Google her or simply ask your parents. Well, she popularized the song “Midnight Train to Georgia” which is frequently sang by American Idol aspirants year after year. Well, this song is not just a number-one hit single in the 70’s but  it’s also a major hit in Glady’s restaurant in the South.

It’s sweet and savory in one plate. I’m not quite sure if I like the combination but fried chicken is super crunchy and juicy and could stand on its own. This kind of fried chicken is the main reason why I love Southern food.
